Impossible to sign on when your pes status is pes e.
But if you really want to sign on badly , try to up pes and go for the pes a/b1 bmt , experience the life of the chiongsua before making a decision..

U can still contribute via community means such as in the People’s Association, SPCA, Homes, Food Bank etc. Or even as volunteer in the SCDF for fire safety campaigns and promotion too.
Can PES BP go OCS?
There are pes BP people who do go to OCS after each BMT cohort however it is only like 1 or 2 each batch. You must have achieved a certain level of physical fitness standard(IPPT,SOC) though,at least that was what my former PC who was from an obese company told me.
